HUDCO and NBCC signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on 27 November 2024 to develop a 10-acre institutional complex in Noida’s Sector 62. The project, valued at ₹600 crore, will include 8.71 lakh sq ft of office spaces, studio apartments, conference areas, retail spaces, and modern amenities. NBCC will act as the project management consultant, handling the project from concept to commissioning.

NBCC’s financial performance in Q2 FY2024 showcased a 52.8% YoY rise in net profit, reaching ₹125.1 crore compared to ₹81.9 crore in the same period last year. Revenue grew by 19.4% YoY to ₹2,458.7 crore. Despite higher earnings, the EBITDA margin narrowed to 4.1% from 4.6%.
