Signature Global holds expansive land parcels in Sector 71, SPR, with a sales potential of 17 million sq. ft. The initial phase of Titanium SPR spans 2.1 million sq ft across 14.382 acres, offering a total of 608 units of 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK premium condominiums.

Pradeep Aggarwal, Chairman and Whole-Time Director of Signature Global, emphasised the project's superior quality and enduring appeal. The development aims to redefine premium living standards, catering to modern homebuyers' evolving aspirations for high-quality lifestyles.
The benchmark sales have been achieved through a digital process managed by Boston Consulting Group (BCG), from expression of interest to final allotment, marking a new benchmark in the region's real estate market.
