HDFC Asset Management Company on April 17, 2025, reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹901.36 crore for Q4 FY25, compared to ₹934.63 crore in Q3 FY25 and ₹695.43 crore in Q4 FY24. Profit after tax (PAT) for Q4 FY25 stood at ₹638.46 crore, as against ₹641.36 crore in Q3 FY25 and ₹540.84 crore in Q4 FY24. Total income for the quarter was ₹1,025.48 crore, while total expenses amounted to ₹190.41 crore. Other income during the quarter was ₹124.12 crore.

HDFC Asset Management Company offers asset management services to HDFC Mutual Fund, manages alternative investment funds, and provides portfolio management and advisory services to its clients. The financial results are largely reflective of the asset management business.

The company’s financials are reported on a consolidated basis without business segment breakdown. As per Note 7 in the results, the Group’s financial performance is largely reflective of its core asset management business, and thus no segmental reporting is applicable.
According to the notes and disclosures on page 9 of the official financial release, the Board of Directors proposed a final dividend of ₹90 per equity share (face value ₹5 each) for FY25. The Board also approved a new Employee Stock Options and PSU Scheme – 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
