For Q3 FY25, the company achieved a total income of ₹22,992.8 crore, showing a 14.6% increase compared to the same quarter last year. This growth is primarily attributed to a rise in ASK and RPK, reflecting an expanded operational footprint. However, despite the top-line growth, PAT saw a decline of 18.3% to ₹2,448.8 crore, influenced by higher operating expenses.
Indigo’s fleet increased to 437 aircraft as of December 2024, with a rise in both domestic and international destinations served. The company expanded its operations to 54 new international destinations during the quarter through strategic partnerships. The network's growth played a key role in the increase in ASK and RPK. However, rising fuel costs and other expenses were notable challenges during the quarter.

The sector saw growth in available seat kilometers (ASK) and revenue passenger kilometers (RPK), with increases of 12.0% and 13.5% YoY, respectively. The company expanded its international network significantly, providing services to 54 additional international destinations during Q3 FY25. The load factor also saw a modest increase to 86.9%, indicating a continued healthy demand for services.
In Q3 FY25, the company’s fleet grew to 437 aircraft, which includes 33 damp lease aircraft and 3 A321 freighters. This fleet supports the company’s ability to serve 89 domestic and 37 international destinations, showing a year-over-year increase in both categories. The growth in both ASK and RPK was observed during the quarter, reflecting the company’s increased operational capacity.
