This growth is attributed to higher income and improved credit quality, with Net Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) reduced to 0.99% from 1.66% in the previous fiscal year.
Revenue from Operations: ₹1,905.06 crore in Q4 FY25, up from ₹1,698.45 crore in Q4 FY24, marking a 12.1% YoY increase.
Net Profit: ₹337.38 crore in Q4 FY25, a 33.03% rise compared to ₹253.62 crore in the same quarter last year.
Total Income: ₹1,915.64 crore in Q4 FY25, reflecting a 12.8% YoY growth.
Total Expenses: ₹1,285.91 crore in Q4 FY25, up from ₹1,160.78 crore in Q4 FY24.
Profit Before Tax: ₹629.73 crore in Q4 FY25, a 16.9% increase from ₹538.20 crore in the previous year.
Net Non-Performing Assets (NNPA): Reduced to 0.99% in FY24-25 from 1.66% in FY23-24, indicating improved asset quality.
In Q4 FY24-25, IREDA reported a significant uptick in its financial performance. The revenue from operations increased by 12.1% YoY, reaching ₹1,905.06 crore. This growth is attributed to the company's expanded loan portfolio and increased disbursements in the renewable energy sector. The net profit for the quarter stood at ₹337.38 crore, a 33.03% rise from the previous year, highlighting improved operational efficiency and effective cost management.

Loan Sanctions: ₹23,407.57 crore in Q4 FY25, up 98.42% from ₹11,796.95 crore in Q4 FY24.
Loan Disbursements: ₹12,869.35 crore in Q4 FY25, a 13.98% increase compared to ₹11,291.09 crore in the same quarter last year.
Loan Book: Expanded to ₹59,698.11 crore as of March 31, 2025, from ₹47,052.52 crore a year earlier, marking a 26.81% growth.
Analysts anticipated a strong performance from IREDA in Q4 FY25, driven by the government's continued emphasis on renewable energy and the company's strategic initiatives. The reported figures have met and, in some areas, exceeded market expectations, particularly in loan sanctions and asset quality improvement.
Pradip Kumar Das, Chairman & Managing Director of IREDA, expressed satisfaction with the company's performance, stating, "IREDA has achieved an all-time high annual Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹1,252.23 crore, marking an impressive growth of 44.83% over the previous fiscal year. The company has successfully reduced its Net Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) to 0.99% in FY 2023-24 from 1.66% in FY 2022-23, demonstrating a significant reduction of 40.52% year-on-year."
