Employment Schemes

Three new Employment Linked Incentive schemes target job creation, especially for first-time employees, with financial boosts and EPFO incentives.

Scheme A: First-Time Employees

Scheme A offers a one-month wage up to ₹15,000 as Direct Benefit Transfer to EPFO accounts of first-time employees in all sectors.

Scheme B: Manufacturing Jobs

Scheme B supports job creation in manufacturing, benefiting 30 lakh youths with EPFO-linked incentives for both employees and employers.

Scheme C: Employer Support

Scheme C reimburses up to ₹3,000 per year for EPFO contributions per additional hire, easing financial burdens on employers and promoting expansion.

Women's Workforce Participation

Initiatives to enhance women's participation include working women hostels, crèches, women-specific skilling programs, and support for women-led enterprises.

Skilling Youth

Centrally sponsored programs aim to skill 20 lakh youth over five years, upgrading 1,000 ITIs and offering loans up to ₹7.5 lakh. Up to ₹10 lakh loan for higher education.
